SCIENTIFIC SEMINAR CANCER UPDATE

The medical profession is required to always provide the best and most up-to-date services in the health sector. For this reason, Pantai Indah Kapuk Hospital participates in a program to increase the knowledge of health workers, especially specialist doctors and general practitioners, providing updated knowledge about cancer through scientific seminars. Taking place at the Pantai Indah Kapuk Hospital Auditorium on February 25th 2023, this knowledge update raised the topic "Cancer Update" which discussed the Diagnosis & Early Detection of Colon Cancer and the Latest Management of Cancer Pain with Pain Intervention. Presenting speakers from Riki Tenggara, Sp. PD-KGEH, M. Kes. FINASIM & dr. Dedy, Sp. An. FIP.
It is hoped that through this scientific seminar, doctors will gain new knowledge about the symptoms of colon cancer, the pain that occurs due to cancer and how to treat it so that it can be put into practice in services to the wider community. Apart from gaining knowledge, doctors also get SKP (Professional Credit Unit) which is useful in obtaining a Doctor's Practice Permit.
